Shipping Costs & Delivery Areas

We currently deliver only within Germany and to the Netherlands (excluding overseas territories and islands). The shipping costs are as follows:

Delivery within Germany

From an order value of €80: Free shipping
Under €80 order value: €6.95

Delivery to German islands

€10 surcharge (regardless of the order value)

Delivery to the Netherlands (excluding overseas territories and islands)

From an order value of €80: Free shipping
Under €80 order value: €7.95

Delivery Times

Germany (excluding islands): 2–3 working days

Netherlands: 2–3 working days

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, through which you can view the status of your delivery at any time.

Shipping Service Provider

Shipping is carried out via our partner UPS, which is known for its reliable delivery and fast delivery times.
UPS delivers from Monday to Friday and on Saturday (in selected areas), except on public holidays. UPS makes up to three delivery attempts at your address on regular UPS delivery days. After the final attempt, undeliverable parcels are returned to us.
